What we do

At Solace Analytics we have developed a research backed wellbeing framework, to target the root causes of burnout. We believe burnout is specific to each organisation and cannot be fixed with a one size fits all approach. 

The framework is built on three main pillars: The three pillars are the following:

  1. Organisational wellbeing analysis 

  2. Evidence-based intervention design

  3. Continuous wellbeing tracking 

Pillar one; organisational wellbeing analysis is the first step to improving wellbeing. Using structured engagement with all levels of the organisation to develop a deep understanding of what is working well and what is not begins to paint the picture of how the current wellbeing is in the organisation and how we can help to improve it. We gather quantitative and qualitative data to ensure we cover all basis and have a realistic unbiased understanding of the workplace. 

Pillar two; Evidence-based intervention design. Rather than a generic workshop, or personal improvement, the Solace Analytics team go through all the data to design and create an actionable report that targets specific workforce needs for that organisation. The report includes easy to read raw data along with specific recommendations that will allow the management in the organisation to understand exactly what’s going wrong and how easy it is to improve. 

Pillar three; continuous wellbeing tracking. Like all good things, they need to be continuously monitored and adjusted. Solace Analytics offers different levels of monitoring from yearly check ins and reports to monthly staff wellbeing check ins. This leads to sustainable monitoring of the staff and organisations so that poor wellbeing never reverts and burnout can be prevented before it begins. 

We believe this simple yet effective framework is the key to both improving employee wellness and significantly reducing workplace burnout. New approaches such as this are essential for fostering a thriving organisation where every worker can consistently perform at their highest standard.
